"Terrible customer service. Good luck getting them on the phone. I talked with a “rep” on Thursday, said he would call me back on Friday, no later than Monday. Guess who didn’t get a call back? Me! I called multiple times on Thursday, Friday, and Monday never received a call back. When they canceled my insurance? Never called. They claimed to have call but couldn’t leave a voicemail, send a text or an email, NOTHING. But they were quick to send me a text when they wanted to pull the money out of my bank account on the 21st of every month. Told me that everything was fine with my insurance, enrolled me in State Farm Drive safe and save without my permission. Then I had to call back multiple times to find out that it was sent on “accident” and they couldn’t renew my insurance. How only has the rep known? Since FRIDAY!!! No call, no text, no communication at all from this State Farm. Save yourself the headache and use another State Farm Agent or company! Try Irene Sission, they were great. Should’ve stayed with them instead of making the switch."
